How a withdrawal proceeds
- Have your identity verified.
- Wager the deposited amount at least three times.
- Make sure no bonus is active.
- Choose the payment method and enter at least €40.
- Wait for the review, then the lead time of the chosen method.
Identity verification
Before any withdrawal, the house verifies the holder's identity: official photo ID, selfie with the document, bank statement or bill under three months old. The name must match everywhere, including on the payment method.
Points of attention
- Deposits are made exclusively with a payment method in the holder's name.
- Cards: 10 transactions a day and 40 a month, within €10,000 a day and €15,000 a month per card.
- Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Maestro are accepted; fiat and crypto balances stay separate.
- If a withdrawal exceeds the per-transaction limit, it is paid in several instalments.
- After six months of inactivity, €10 a month is deducted while the balance is positive.
