Player protection
The house encourages controlled play. The provisions and contacts below are open to everyone.
Principles
Every page recalls the ban on minors and refers to begambleaware.org. The player stakes only sums that can be spared and does not try to win losses back.
Provisions
- Self-exclusion: request by e-mail from the account's address, effective within 24 hours, for at least six months.
- Break of seven days on simple request.
- Session overview: playing time and transactions can be viewed.
- Parental control: keep devices and login details out of minors' reach.
Warning signs
A break is called for when the player:
- plays longer or for higher amounts than planned;
- borrows or postpones bills in order to play;
- gets irritated at the thought of stopping;
- hides their gambling.
