Terms of use

Article 1 – Access

Access is reserved for persons aged at least 18, or the higher legal age in force in their country. Everyone must make sure online gambling is lawful where they live.

Article 2 – Operator and applicable law

LuckyBoom Casino is operated by MAIREKE LIMITADA (Costa Rica) under a licence from the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority. The law of Anjouan (Union of the Comoros) applies.

Article 3 – Player account

Each player opens only one account, with accurate information and a name identical to that of the payment method. Login details remain confidential.

• Duplicate accounts may be closed without notice.
• Formal requests (self-exclusion, closure) come from the account's e-mail address.

Article 4 – Deposits

Deposits are made with a payment method in the holder's name, from €20 (€40 for the fifth bonus deposit).

• Cards: 10 transactions a day and 40 a month; €10,000 a day and €15,000 a month per card.
• Fiat and crypto balances are separate.

Article 5 – Withdrawals and verification

Every withdrawal requires a verified account: photo ID, selfie holding the document, proof under three months old. Under anti-money-laundering rules, the deposit must have been wagered three times.

• Minimum withdrawal €40; request reviewed within two business days.
• Excluding jackpots: €20,000 a week and €50,000 a month.
• Above the per-transaction limit, payment may be split.
• An unprocessed request can be cancelled; the amount returns to the playing balance.

Article 6 – Bonuses

A bonus is activated in the profile before the deposit concerned; it is not granted retroactively. Only one bonus may be active at a time.

• Wagering ×40 for the welcome package, ×15 for the live bonus.
• Maximum stake €5 per spin or round during wagering (€1 with the first-deposit bonus).
• Contribution: slots 100%, live 10%, table games and video poker 0%.
• Maximum win €10,000 for all bonuses combined.
• A withdrawal with an active bonus ends the bonus.

Article 7 – Dormant accounts

After six months of inactivity, €10 a month is deducted while the balance is positive.

Article 8 – Changes to the rules

The terms, bonus rules and limits may be changed; the online version prevails. If translations deviate, the English text prevails.
